  • Whilst this can depend on a few factors like the complexity of the design, gemstone procurement, availiability of materials, your location, et cetera; we aim to have everything ready, certified and delivered within 21 business days.

  • As with a bespoke suit or any other product tailored for YOU, we do NOT accept refunds. Our designs are created for each individual specifically, and it would be against our ethos to sell YOUR design to someone else!

  • At PRISMA, we promote responsible sourcing and acquasition for all our goods. Our ethos and identity is one which promotes fairness and integrity and all our actions are in pursuance of this standard.

  • Yes. Before you submit your chosen design, we will ask you regarding whom should be named as the proprietary owner within the Record of Provenance.
